Alternatively you can just complete our online appointment form below and we will contact you shortly. We request that all patients refrain from consuming caffeine within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment as it increases vasoconstriction. Any patients currently taking Lasix, Hydrochlorothiazide (HTZ/HCT) or other diuretics are requested to postpone medication on the day of their consultation to ensure higher quality diagnostic testing.
