Vein disease is an often under-appreciated condition. Vein treatment starts with a comprehensive diagnostic ultrasound evaluation of the venous circulation in a patient’s extremities. If venous insufficiency (“backflow”) is found, we treat with a painless procedure called Endovenous Laser Ablation. This minimally invasive procedure requires no downtime and is an extremely effective treatment.
Veins with cosmetic issues that do not present medical issues are treated with Sclerotherapy, a course of treatment that closes and erases problem superficial veins. We treat annoying visible nose and face veins with VeinWave, a quick procedure with great results.
Our practice is the only practice in the area that accepts and is credentialed with all of the insurance carriers in the region, which often makes us the most affordable provider of these services.
Dr. Wright is also dedicated to educating and treating our patients in areas of liposuction and other cosmetic treatments. We also perform state-of-the-art liposuction, near-infrared skin tightening, and other cosmetic procedures. Dr Wright performs tumescent liposuction using only local anesthesia. The tumescent Technique is much safer, has a more rapid recovery, and eliminates the dangers of general anesthesia. Dr Wright’s experience and training ensure that liposuction is safe and extremely effective at removing stubborn pockets of fat that do not respond to diet and exercise.
